Clos Galena is honoured to be the winery of the 2021 edition of the International Journalism Awards 2021 organised by the International Press Club.
Many congratulations to the winners: the radio journalist Carlos Herrera received the prize for his professional career; and Susanna Griso received the 'Journalism 2021' award. In addition, the 'Golden Rose' was also awarded to the author María Dueñas, the photojournalist Jordi Socias, the correspondent of Radio Televisión Portuguesa in Spain, Daniela Santiago, and the Association Women for Africa, presided by María Teresa Fernández de la Vega, president of the Council of State.
The International Journalism Awards 2021 organised by the International Press Club were attended by personalities from the world of communication, literature and politics, such as the Minister of Defence, Margarita Robles; Javier Martín Dominguez, President of the International Press Club and Enrique López, Minister of the Presidency of the Community of Madrid. The event also served to pay a heartfelt tribute to journalists David Beriáin and Roberto Fraile, who were murdered in Burkina Faso while filming a documentary on poaching.
Clos Galena was also present at an event in which professional excellence is rewarded.
