The Spanish winemaker who served her wine at the Nobel Prize dinner

​Clos Galena, a winery located in El Molar, Priorat, celebrates its 25th anniversary since its founding in 1999 by Merche Dalmau and her husband Miguel Pérez. From the beginning, the winery has committed to producing high-quality organic wines, standing out for its dedication to sustainability and respect for the environment. Currently, Clos Galena has nearly 30 hectares of its own vineyards and exports 70% of its production to various countries. To commemorate this milestone, the winery has launched a special limited edition: "Clos Galena 25 Anys d'un Somni," a wine that reflects the essence and journey of the winery over the years.
